  • Join our community to explore mental health resources and support systems Empower Your Mind and Well-Being Mental health services: Mental health coaching: providing a safe space for people to grow and heal. We will teach you how to build and maintain good well-being. Workshops and Seminars: Conducting interactive sessions to raise awareness about mentalhealth, coping mechanisms, and the importance of seeking help when needed. Skill-building Activities: Implementing activities that enhance emotional intelligence, stressmanagement, and interpersonal skills among students.Counseling Support: Collaborating with the school guidance counselor to provide additionalcounseling support for students facing mental health challenges. Teacher Training: Offering training sessions for teachers to recognize signs of mental healthissues in students and equipping them with strategies to support their well-being.Parental Involvement: Organizing informational sessions and workshops for parents to create aholistic support system for students both at school and at home.
