    Grief & Trauma Counsellor Mental Health Coach

    Raeann is on a mission to make emotional wellness accessible and affordable across Jamaica and the Caribbean. She walks alongside people navigating loss, emotional challenges, and life transitions, blending faith, compassion, and practical tools to help others not just cope, but truly heal and thrive.

    What sets her apart is her commitment to breaking down barriers. Mental health support shouldn't be a luxury; it should be within everyone's reach. Through Mental Tilt Jamaica, she creates spaces in schools, workplaces, and communities where conversations flow freely, stigma fades, and healing begins. Workshops and Seminars What We Offer Mental health services: Mental health coaching: providing a safe space for people to grow and heal. We will teach you how to build and maintain good well-being. Workshops and Seminars: Conducting interactive sessions to raise awareness about mental
health, coping mechanisms, and the importance of seeking help when needed. Skill-building Activities: Implementing activities that enhance emotional intelligence, stress
management, and interpersonal skills among students.
Counseling Support: Collaborating with the school guidance counselor to provide additional
counseling support for students facing mental health challenges. Teacher Training: Offering training sessions for teachers to recognize signs of mental health
issues in students and equipping them with strategies to support their well-being.
Parental Involvement: Organizing informational sessions and workshops for parents to create a
holistic support system for students both at school and at home.

    Twanna Simpson

    Counsellor & Social Worker

    Twanna Simpson brings a grounded, holistic approach to mental health as a Counsellor and Social Worker at Mental Tilt Jamaica Limited.

    Twanna specializes in helping individuals untangle the complex threads of trauma, relationships, and identity. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or working through past wounds, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be truly heard and understood.

    Her strength lies in meeting people exactly where they are. With her background in social work, Twanna recognizes that mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum, it's connected to your environment, your relationships, and your daily realities. She works collaboratively with clients to build sustainable coping strategies and foster genuine, lasting change.

    Twanna's approach is warm yet direct. She believes in your capacity to heal and grow, and she'll challenge you when needed while supporting you every step of the way. Her goal isn't just to help you survive difficult seasons, it's to equip you to flourish beyond them.

    Mental Health Advocate & Communication Specialist

    Roxanne White is a Mental Health Advocate and Communication Specialist who is passionate about bridging the gap between faith and mental wellness. With a background in psychology and communication studies, Roxanne combines her understanding of human behavior with her creative communication skills to inspire healing, self-awareness, and resilience.

    As a creative professional, Roxanne uses storytelling, social media, and digital campaigns to foster open conversations around mental health, particularly within faith-based communities that often struggle to address emotional wellness.

    Her journey into advocacy was shaped by both professional experiences and personal challenges, which ignited a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate their mental health with grace and faith.
