Grief and Trauma Counsellor & Mental Health Coach
Raeann Simmonds is the founder and CEO of Mental Tilt Jamaica Limited, where she's on a mission to make emotional wellness accessible and affordable across Jamaica and the Caribbean.
As a Grief Counsellor, Mental Health Coach, and Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder, Raeann walks alongside individuals navigating loss, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Her approach blends faith, compassion, and practical tools to help people not just cope, but truly heal and thrive.
What sets Raeann apart is her commitment to breaking down barriers. She believes mental health support shouldn't be a luxury—it should be within everyone's reach. Through Mental Tilt Jamaica, she's creating spaces in schools, workplaces, and communities where conversations flow freely, stigma fades, and healing begins.
With years of experience in psychosocial support and community mental health, Raeann understands that transformation happens one meaningful conversation at a time. She's here to help you rise, rebuild, and rediscover your strength.

Counsellor & Social Worker
Twanna Simpson brings a grounded, holistic approach to mental health as a Counsellor and Social Worker at Mental Tilt Jamaica Limited.
Twanna specializes in helping individuals untangle the complex threads of trauma, relationships, and identity. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or working through past wounds, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be truly heard and understood.
Her strength lies in meeting people exactly where they are. With her background in social work, Twanna recognizes that mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum, it's connected to your environment, your relationships, and your daily realities. She works collaboratively with clients to build sustainable coping strategies and foster genuine, lasting change.

Mental Health Advocate & Communication Specialist
Roxanne White is a Mental Health Advocate and Communication Specialist who is passionate about bridging the gap between faith and mental wellness. With a background in psychology and communication studies, Roxanne combines her understanding of human behavior with her creative communication skills to inspire healing, self-awareness, and resilience.
As a creative professional, Roxanne uses storytelling, social media, and digital campaigns to foster open conversations around mental health, particularly within faith-based communities that often struggle to address emotional wellness.
Her journey into advocacy was shaped by both professional experiences and personal challenges, which ignited a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate their mental health with grace and faith.
